HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS OR TRACK MY PACKAGE?
If you have created an account with us, you can log into your account and click on the ORDERS tab. Inside the order history, you will see a summary of orders and the status along with tracking numbers associated with orders.
If you have checked out as a guest and did not create an account with us, you would have received an email confirmation once your order has shipped. The email will contain carrier information along with the tracking number for your order.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Let us help you get your return started! Please contact us via email: SHOP@SPORTING-USA.COM and we will generate a return label through USPS or FEDEX and have that emailed to you as soon as possible. Once the order is received we will ensure the item is not damaged and unopened, you should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
WHY IS AN ADULT-SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON MY ORDER?
Items such as Pepper Sprays, Tasers, and Stun Guns will be shipped with an adult-signature required delivery method. Tasers and Stun Guns are currently restricted from being sold to customers in HI and RI.
